Water chiller is an energy-saving machine that achieves cooling effect through vapor compression or absorption cycle. Poly chillers are called cooling water circulation machines, also called chillers, chillers, chillers, chillers, ice chillers, small chillers, industrial chillers, chillers, low temperature chillers, laser chillers, because of various industries Is widely used, so according to different industries, its aliases are countless.
1. Current method: Use a clamp-on ammeter to monitor the operating current of the outdoor unit (including compressor and fan current). If the current value is basically in line with the rated current on the nameplate, it means that the refrigerant is suitable; if it is too much below the rated value, then refrigeration Too little agent needs to be added.
2. Gauge pressure method: The pressure on the low pressure side of the refrigeration system is related to the amount of refrigerant. Connect the pressure gauge to the low-pressure valve, and the air conditioner is turned on for refrigeration. At the beginning, the gauge pressure will drop. After running for more than 10 minutes, it is normal if the gauge pressure is stable at about 0.19Mpa.
3. Observation method: Observe the condensation of the high-pressure pipe near the high-pressure valve of the outdoor unit and the low-pressure pipe near the low-pressure valve. Generally, the high-pressure pipe is cold and condensed. If the low-pressure pipe also condenses and has a cool feeling, the temperature is about 3°C higher than that of the high-pressure pipe, indicating that the refrigerant is suitable. If the low-pressure pipe does not condense and there is a sense of temperature, it means that the amount of refrigerant is insufficient and needs to be added; if the low-pressure pipe condenses, or every time the compressor starts for about 1 minute, the low-pressure pipe frosts and then turns to dew again, it means Too much refrigerant needs to be let go.
The above three methods are mainly based on measuring current and observing the condensation of high-pressure and low-pressure pipes, and also use gauge pressure method to determine whether to add refrigerant. It should be noted that when the air conditioner is cooling, the outdoor fan must be turned on, otherwise the cold air around the evaporator will not disperse in time, which will reduce the evaporating temperature and the evaporating pressure. The gauge pressure read out is too small, and the current is too small. Misjudgment.
