Loading process of water-cooled screw chiller

a. When the pump delay time has expired and the compressor delay exceeds the set [Minimum compressor shutdown time], and the cold water outlet temperature is higher than (set value + control deviation value), the unit is put into operation When the shortest running time is selected, the machine head is started first.

b. When the cold water outlet temperature is between (set value + control deviation value) and (set value), the water-cooled screw chiller stops loading operation.

C. The minimum time between starting and stopping of each compressor is 480s (adjustable).

Unloading process of water-cooled screw chiller

a. When the cold water outlet temperature is lower than the [set value-control deviation value], the unit will begin to unload, and the head with the longest running time will be unloaded first; after the unloading interval is satisfied, the cold water outlet temperature is still lower than the [set value -Control deviation value], then continue unloading.

b. When the system fails or shuts down, the unit is put into rapid unloading operation, and each compressor is turned into 25% energy for 30 seconds and then shut down.

c. When the compressor's own system fails, the compressor stops running. After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to restart the machine head.
