Handling
It is recommended to use a crane to carry the water-cooled screw chiller.
1. Water-cooled screw chillers have been strictly packed and inspected before leaving the factory to ensure that the unit arrives at its destination under normal conditions. Installers, carriers and hoists should protect the unit in the same way to prevent damage to the unit due to barbaric operation. Pay special attention to avoid collision of some angle valves and pipelines to avoid refrigerant leakage.
2. The unit should be kept horizontal when moving and moving. Do not tilt. You can use the crane. When using the crane, you must use the bottom lifting hole with the lifting sign. The contact between the sling and the unit should be isolated. Make sure that the sling can withstand the weight of the entire unit, otherwise it will cause damage to the unit or serious personal injury. Do not lift or move the unit with a forklift.
3. If there is no vertical lifting condition, the horizontal rolling method can be adopted, that is, the jacks are jacked up to a certain height, and the pad is placed under the sliding support of the unit, and the unit is rolled into position, and then the sliding is removed. Stow. When moving the unit using the horizontal rolling method, the force can only be used on the frame or on the sliding skid.
Placement
After the water-cooled screw chiller is in place, the sliding skid is removed, the level is calibrated with a bubble level, and the foot of the unit is fixed to the foundation with anchor bolts. It is recommended to place a 15~20mm thick shockproof cushion between the base of the unit and the foundation.
Water-cooled screw chillers are typically installed in the basement or on the ground floor or in a dedicated machine room. If it is necessary to install on a higher floor, first of all, it should be confirmed whether the floor structure can withstand the operating weight of the unit, and if necessary, the floor can be reinforced. In addition, it is necessary to determine whether the floor level is level; it is recommended to operate according to the unit. Place the shock absorber in the weight distribution.
Note: These units are not suitable for outdoor use without precautions.
